There was roaches in the room I took a picture and I went to sleep with the air supposed to had been on and sometime throughout the night the the heat switch on first off when we came in the room that night it was extremely hot so I turn the air on to cool the room off it was working when we went to sleep I woke up around threeish and it was soooooooo hot I tried to turn the air back on but the control panel was not working I was sweating like I had been to hell so I called the front desk and spoke to Mr John and he stated no one will be in until around 7:30 something told me to try and open the window and it opened and the room cooled off and the control panel started back working as I was checking out I informed the morning crew of my experience and ask what kind of accommodation was he going to give up he stated he will give me a complementary room my next stay

Hotel was not clean at all. Room and bathroom were dirty. I was not specting this from a Wyndham. Clea
